Our Mission

At Inspiralba we take creative approaches, working in partnership,

to enable  positive social and environmental impact,

incorporating fairness & equality and the appreciation of  people and place. 

With a focus on wider well-being,

we value integrity and honesty to deliver quality services

that support individual, organisational, community opportunities and resilience.

    Resilience

    We have worked with a broad range of local partners across Argyll and Bute to support household and community resilience.

    Employment

    We assist in the development and delivery of employment and training opportunities, working with social enterprises across the area. In addition, we provide wage-based work placements as part of our work.

    Collaboration

    We attend, support, and organise opportunities for learning sharing and knowledge transfer across the third sector and between sectors through the Rural Social Enterprise Hub.

    working with our partners, we developed and supported Digital Connections, an Argyll wide project to address digital exclusions.

    Environment

    We helped Develop Campbeltown as one of Scotlands 9 Climate Action town through the development of the Community Action Plan.

    Training

    We support for student placements, employed trainees, graduates and modern apprentices within our own team.
