Inspiralba are the lead partner for the Spark Your Purpose programme of support for young people age 16 – 24, which provides Pre Employability Support on behalf of Argyll and Bute Council and the Local Employability Partnership and is funded as part of the Governments Young Persons Gaurantee.

Support provided includes support from a loc al coordinator (from one of the Partner Support Organisations), exploring what interests and aspirations they may have, discussing potential opportunities, with everything and anything (within the scope of the law and health and safety) considered to ignite a spark of interest and inspire engagement in the programme.  This could be anything from

Exploring a new hobby or skill – eg:  Learning to DJ or create electronic music.  An opportunity to visit a wildlife project.  An opportunity to be involved in an arts project…

Gaining a qualification, certificate or licence, eg:  An opportunity to gain  a CSCS card for working in the Construction Sector, Food Hygiene Traing and Certification.  Support to gain a provisional driving licence and help with driver theory or training…

Increasing wellbeing and confidence, eg:  Support to join a local gym or access swimming sessions. Connection with a wellbeing coach, yoga sessions or mindfulness…

The list is limitless.  Click Here if you would like to learn more…
