Aimee is undertaking story gathering work on collective leadership in rural and island communities and social enterprises. Aimee also supports work on the Rural Social Enterprise Hub.

Employability Coordinator
Provides support for Inspiralba’s Kickstart activity, supporting employment training opportunities for young people age 16-24 with a range of social enterprises. Rachel brings experience of employment training and completed an apprenticeship in Business Administration with Argyll College UHI.
Office and Administration Manager
Provides administrative and finance support for Inspiralba having recently taken up a traineeship. Chloe brings a broad range of experience in customer engagement and is undertaking in work training in admin and financial management.
