Pre Employability Support – Spark Your Purpose

Working with our network of delivery partners, Inspiralba established Spark Your Purpose to provide Pre Employment Support for young people age 16 – 24 in December 2021, extending the programme to include those age 25+ in April 2022.  The programme is delivered with support from Argyll and Bute Council and the Local Employability Partnership, with funding from Scottish Government;  Young Persons Guarantee and No One Left Behind.

Support includes assistance from a local coordinator (from one of the Partner Support Organisations), exploring what interests and aspirations they may have, discussing potential opportunities, with everything and anything (within the scope of the law and health and safety) considered to ignite a spark of interest and inspire engagement in the programme.
