Working with our network of delivery partners, Inspiralba established Spark Your Purpose to provide Pre Employment Support for young people age 16 – 24 in December 2021, extending the programme to include those age 25+ in April 2022. Spark Your Purpose has supported 135 participants in the first 9 months and has been extended until end of March 2023, to support a further 102 pre employability participants and to pilot wage based placements for 8 participants. The programme is delivered with support from Argyll and Bute Council and the Local Employability Partnership, with funding from Scottish Government; Young Persons Guarantee and No One Left Behind.
